I'm selling a Boosey and Hawkes Imperial BBb tuba. 3 valves, fully compensating, from the 1960s and includes original hard case. I've shipped plenty of things to the US before, and I've shipped tubas internationally elsewhere. Currently dealing with shipping a tuba to the US, and barring a hitch with the shipping company, all should be well pretty soon.

Update on the shipping question.
After an initial hiccup with the shipping, as the company messed up the pickup from me, the second attempt went well, and from then on it was smooth sailing. Instrument left my hands on Monday morning, and by Thursday morning it was in the recipients hands. That was indeed a deal better than I had anticipated.
So, it seems there needs to be no worries in this regard!
