Media and Repair forums CAN YOU SEE BOTH?
While I'm working on proper permissions, here are a couple forums you might be missing:
viewforum.php?f=10" target="_blank (Media)
viewforum.php?f=27" target="_blank (Repair, Modification, and Construction)
there is some really good info here.
(oh, and let me know if you can't see these forums. It'll help me troubleshoot)

Re: Media and Repair forums CAN YOU SEE BOTH?
You're welcome. Sean did the "omg, I broke the board, halp" part.
I might have forced people to re-log in for a time. I'll look into that later. I cannot see the Media or Repair forum with Admin credentials; so there is that. If sponsors and registered members can, then that is what is important.

Re: Media and Repair forums CAN YOU SEE BOTH?
FYI, I do not see the Sponsors forum unless I log-in; used to be accessible without logging in.
(I do see the Media and Repair forums OK.)
Thanks.

Re: Media and Repair forums CAN YOU SEE BOTH?
Interesting that the path shown at the top now says Board index ‹ Non-Music ‹ TubeNet. And of course TubeNet shows up under Music in the board Index.

Update to my previous post: I logged in this morning and now I see neither the Media nor the Repair forums without clicking the supplied links.

Re: Media and Repair forums CAN YOU SEE BOTH?
Look under "Announcements and Faq" It's a sub forum there. Mark is right; the admin control panel is craptastic. All it takes is a quick slip and stuff is reorgainzed. It's the most bizarre thing and now everything is at least showing even if the categories are whack.

Re: Media and Repair forums CAN YOU SEE BOTH?
Thanks for keeping trying. Yes, sometimes a pause is in order to try to rethink. Thanks for posting the links so we may address the Media and Repair forums separately.Mark Finley wrote:The problem is we can't move them back. When we try to move forums in the admin control panel, 6 other things break. Every time. We know things are in their logical spots, but for the time being, let's just live with it.
In the meantime: are you able to "sticky" this thread so it stays at the top for ready access to the manual links?
