All ads are required to have the following information: Price (even for trades), brand, model, and location (City and State, for instruments, not accessories). It is acceptable to link to an external ad if you are promoting a sale of your personal equipment. No Ebay auctions, but "Buy It Now" listings are fine. In good condition, light wear from regular use. Silver plated, American shank. No dents, round shank. Minor insertion marks, and bears slight discoloration from two rubber o rings being used around the cup, however it's hard to see.

Located in Hartford CT, will ship in the US. Don't really want to get rid of it, hence the ridiculous price. I know some of you out there really want these, though!

Feel free to email me at tabert7 @ gmail . com for any more info.

Thanks,
Robert

Monette mouthpieces sell for over $400, and they're still being made.

Monette tuba mouthpieces are made and sold new for $410. You’re selling a used mouthpiece for $110 OVER the cost of what they sell for new. There’s clearly a difference, and there is no precedent for charging so much for a Laskey mouthpiece even if they are not currently in production.

While I wouldn't be willing to pay the above asking price, methinks it's unnecessary to criticize OP for his ad.

There is probably someone out there who would pay that much, whatever you might think.

What they SOLD for. They're no longer being made. I hope that changes but we must deal with the current reality.

While I wouldn't pay that much for it, the OP is free to price things as they wish.

Roylance Dillon is the same mouthpiece. FYI, if looking for a Laskey 30H. I might add, for substantially less than $275.00.

They weren’t even that expensive when I bought mine new from Baltimore brass. Probably need to lower it to a realistic price before you will actually get a buyer

Bump and price drop to $200. Dillon's Roylance mouthpiece is almost identical, and cheaper than what I'm asking, in case anyone hasn't got the memo.
