I'm not a huge Miraphone fan, but are those for new tubas? If they are, those prices are really good for brand-new German-made tubas; even better than some Chinese tubas now made :!: I NEVER thought I'd see the day when Chinese tuba pricing got as high as German tuba pricing,...........W...T...F :?: Especially when you consider materials cost, labor cost and overall quality differences. That 'extra cost' on some of the new "higher end" Chinese tubas is going somewhere, and it ain't towards the labor and materials.....

I played that gold brass Bruckner in Jan (assuming its the same one) and its FANTASTIC!!!

I played this BB191-5V. Great intonation, tuning and slotting. Beautiful tuba.
