My German is only rudimentary, but that part looks OK to me. But 22mm is .866"; .787" is 20mm. Given that the 50 cm bell diameter measurement may not be ultra precise, I'd round the 19.685" conversion to two places, i.e. 20 inches, but that would be nitpicking.

I think I have it - thanks to the Horn-u-copia catalogue - "Barth, ..., Stuttgart". "Barth" seems to be a kind of post WWII stencil company for, initially, the Schediwy company after his demise. That apparently went on until 1995, so if this tuba was finished up on their last day it would be over 20 years old.
