Or both. Indeed they look like India. I picture some enthusiast picking up a demo set, thinking he had a gold mine of cheap horns he could sell to the masses at a modest markup. The ivy infestation goes with the theme - he'd have hired someone to keep that stuff at bay, back in India.

Yeah, when I saw those pics I was thinking; Seattle + a bunch of helicons = must be Donn's place. j/k :lol: :P At least those helicons have thick (or should I say thicc?) bracing :)
