Has any US company built a compensating Eb or BBb tuba?
Just mindlessly curious.

I haven't seen one, used or new. The compensating system seems pretty limited to European use. I think Kanstul may have been the only company I remember that made a compensating euphonium, but definitely didn't make any compensating tubas that I remember.
