I am offering my ca.1925 Conn Sousaphone for sale. It is an original raincatcher model with the specs of the 38K. Never lacquered nor silver plated. It is undoubtedly the best playing and sounding Sousaphone that I've had the privilege of playing or owning. It is quite imposing when in playing position with the bell towering about 3 feet above the player's head. It accepts the modern Conn gooseneck and bits. $2500. PM or email me if interested. Will consider shipping at buyer's expense, but prefer local pickup or meeting within 50 miles of Fort Wayne, IN. Price reduced to $2000. This is a great playing instrument!
