Non-Miraphones in Miraphone gig bags

Post by bort »

Might be a good reference for general use...

What non-Miraphone tubas fit well in a Miraphone gig bag? Have been wondering if the GR-41 would fit in a bag for a 1291. Roughly the same size... Maybe it would work?!

My old Hirsbrunner HB-2 fit really nicely in the bag made for the 1291.

My MW 2040 lives in a Miraphone bag designed for the 291/ M7000/ 91/1291 Miraphones quite snugly/ comfortably. The bags seem quite robust as well...

I used a Miraphone bag #170103 (191, 291, 1291, 1292, M7000, M7050) for a B & S 3301. The fit was perfect.
