MW 2250 NPS For Sale

Post by notlap »

Dear TubeNet,

I am selling my MW 2250 NPS (Norm Pearson Edition, Silver), $10,000. Comes with a Cronkite Gig Bag, leather left hand grip, and Mead Springs. I would be willing to negotiate the addition of my Walt Johnson flight case which fits the bell size and height perfectly.

Cosmetically it is in excellent condition with a few light scratches on the bottom bow and two very small dings. The valves were recently cleaned and aligned by Martin Wilk.

Update: the tuba is sold.

I am located near Indianapolis. Please send me a PM with questions.

All the best,

George

Folks, if you’re looking for the tuba that can do everything, don’t let this one get away! You won’t find an easier F tuba to play. All intonation is great minus the occasional slide pull (it is an F tuba after all, lol).

I’ve owned most of today’s popular F tuba models over the last 15 years (including this particular horn), and this one plays the easiest. Hands down, you’ll be happy!

George is a great guy. Don’t hesitate to contact him!
