Euphonium Specialists/EEb Comp. Tubas?

I am now retired as a public school music educator and college conductor. My major instrument is euphonium and I have owned a variety of tubas along the way. I recently purchased a 4/4 rv BBb tuba and find it on the big side air wise. I am pushing 70.

I would like to hear from other euphonium specialists and their choices of tuba. I am leaning toward a 3/4 compensating EEb for
air and weight reasons. Anyone else out there who has made that kind of choice?

Wessex has some small EEb tubas that are supposed to be good. I wouldn't hesitate to try one in your situation. look at the "bombino"

if you are in the market to act fast, baltimore brass has a used one available

For a full sized EEb, the packer 377 is amazing.
