Looking to trade my silver Gronitz FZ-125 for a piston F tuba. Primarily interested in a Yamaha 822 or something similar. Comes with a leather Cronkhite gig bag.

I don't know the seller, but I know this tuba. I had the chance to buy it about a year ago and the only reason I did not because the person selling also had a spectacular B&S Symphonie that I ended up with instead.
I had a chance to spend a good amount of time in a great hall with both and this Gronitz makes one of the most glorious sounds of any tuba I've ever played. I found the pitch quite manageable and the low register very easy to play w/o fading or getting diffused. I think it would make a great all-round F tuba that is also built like a tank!
