Hi everyone,
I'm putting my Eastman 864G up for sale. This is a five valve rotary F with the gold brass bell option and a lacquer finish. I custom-ordered this horn and have been playing it since January 2020. It's in great condition overall, with a couple little dings and some lacquer wear, all of which I tried to show clearly in the attached pictures.
It plays with a clear, colorful sound across the registers. Being a rotary instrument, the low register doesn't feel the same as that of a large piston horn, but I don't feel like that range is problematic or squirrely on this instrument. I've used it in large and small ensembles with no problems. I'm selling because I got my hands on an older, handmade instrument that's of a similar style. The instrument comes with a sturdy Eastman hardcase (dusty, but unused), but there's no gig bag included.

Asking Price--$5000
Location and shipping--I'm located in Lincoln, NE at the moment and would rather not ship, but I'm willing to drive a bit to make a transaction. I'm not interested in any trades at the moment. The best way to contact me is my email: millington.ethan@gmail.com. I'll answer any questions as they come in. Thanks!
FS: Eastman 864G (sold)
