Not only is there a YBB 621 in Bb, but also a YCB 621 in C (and they do look very much alike, and very much like the YFB 621 F).

Odd, isn't it? It would "complete the family", and I doubt it would take sales away from the 321 or 632 ... probably wouldn't be all that difficult or expensive to put into production, either.

I know there's a 621 that's an F tuba, and that's certainly what this horn looks like, but the add says B-flat. I'm guessing he's wrong.
You've gotten the correct answer already, but I would add that the YFB-621 has five valves, and the fifth valve slide runs vertically along the bell above the leadpipe. All the F's have it, so if it's not there in a picture, it's a BBb or C version of the 621.
