Hello all, I am listing my beloved CC tuba for sale. It is a Yamaha 822 in silver plate. I cannot say enough to do this tuba justice, it is the very best CC I have ever owned. Intonation is very consistent and in tune (most slide pulling in the first slide), great core to the sound, and holds its own in larger orchestral settings as well as large wind band settings. After much thought and consideration I just cannot justify owning two contrabass tubas and my BBb tuba is just seeing more use and fits my ensemble needs more closely. This tuba I am asking $6000 which includes shipping to the CONUS and a protec gig bag. This tuba is located in Traverse City Michigan. Photos can be sent upon request!

Brandon, would you mind sending me pictures of your 822 and the serial number. I’ve been looking for one of these since I sold my 822 F years ago. I only play CC now and have a Conn 2J I restored, but miss the 5th valve. My email address is tubadewey@gmail.com.
