Sparke Euphonium Concerto No 2

While nosing around Sparke's site I noticed the following 2005 release:

Publisher: Anglo Music Press
An arrangement of the composer's Clarinet Concerto in a new version for euphonium and concert band.

Has anyone heard this work, either in its original clarinet version or in the new arrangment for euphonium?

Well his first Euphonium Concerto was originally a horn concerto with brass band that he arranged for euphonium, maybe just following a trend I guess.
