Just found it up on the site:
HOUSTON - SATURDAY, DECEMBER 17 - TIME: 12:00 noon
LOCATION: Williams Tower Park - 2800 Post Oak Boulevard
REGISTRATION: 9:00 am Mezzanine Williams Tower
REHEARSAL: 10:00 am Level 2 - Auditorium
PARKING: Free parking in the Williams Tower garage.
NOTE: Contest for the best decorated instrument.
CONDUCTOR: Henry Howey
GUEST CONDUCTOR: Robert Daniel
COORDINATOR: Henry Howey (936) 294-1361

Also, Kemah is only a short drive south on I-45 (towards Space Center):
KEMAH - SATURDAY, DECEMBER 10 - TIME: 1:00 pm
LOCATION: Kemah Boardwalk in Kemah, TX. Performance on stage at the Fountain Plaza
REGISTRATION: 11:00 am Level one plaza entrance to parking garage.
REHEARSAL: 11:30 am same
PARKING: Park in the garage. Come to level 1 entrance to the plaza and look for registration table.
NOTE: The Kemah Christmas Boat Parade is later that evening so come early for good parking. Plastic chairs will be provided but you may bring your own. Bring folding music stand/lyre and decorate your instrument. Outdoor performance - bring wind clips/clothes pins. Beginner versions of the "Carol" book are available free with purchase of the regular "Carol" book. A social lunch is planned immediateley after the performance at the Cadillac Grill restaurant, bring money to eat.
