Chris Olka (principal tuba/Seattle Symphony Orchestra) teaches tuba at University of Washington in Seattle. UW has had Naval ROTC for many decades. The School of Music is very good. And NROTC is immediately next door to the Music Bldg. What could be more convenient?!!
