Speaking from personal experience, #2 is much, much, much better
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

Marty, hope things work out. Enjoy the peace.

I don't want to go see Dr. Ben Dover.

I, too, have the pictures...and get to go for more in a few months. :(

Guess what?
I've got the songbook "The Canadian Brass Christmas Carols - 15 Easy Arrangements". I've been sitting at my computer re-writing the tuba parts into my notation program so as to make it easier for me to read (bolder lines and notes). I'm up to the 5th song so far. Guess what it's title is?
"Good Christian Friends, Rejoice"!
I don't care what their reason was for making the title "Genderically-correct", I'm re-titling my part the way it was originally titled. This kind of pettiness has got me all disgustipated.
It has been "Friends" in our hymnal for a good 25 years.

Played in my first TubaChristmas event in Chicago the other day. There's nothing that compares to the sound of 200+ tuba and euph players belting out carols -- especially indoors. Also got to meet Harvey Phillips and General Bourgeois of the Marine Band. I had a blast. This is definitely going to be an annual thing.

What i have observed is that opening up people from the 'traditional' thought, but not 'watering down' the focus on the teachings of Jesus is good, but does drive some people away. Also observed that just 'watering it down' is usually big step towards closing the doors.

off topic....why are they wasteing money on radio adds instead of feeding the hungry, clothing the nekid, etc.?

Update: our wind ensemble performance at both services was very well recieved.

Only in Oklahoma can a "Tornado Watch" butt up county by county next to a "Winter Storm Warning."

You have been updated.

Been fightin' at the bar again?
(just a little good-hearted humor, hope you're OK)
I'm fine. I seemed to have forgotten that the door on the band trailer is 5 foot... and I am 6.
Bar fight sounds like more fun.

It's a white Christmas after all here in the Northlands, and many other places as I'm told. Safe travels to all if you have to go out.
