Why couldn't they get the right ingredients here in Illinois, use the right recipes, and use the right equipment? You think they're making their flour tortillas with a waffle maker or something?Uhhh . . . as with brats, the key is being able to get your hands on the correct ingredients for use in the proper recipies with the proper cooking equipment.
