Until you get your new reciever installed, use what the pros use, duct tape.

I just soldered on the receiver. I still don't have my Eb mouthpiece back yet, so I can't quite play it yet.

Looks like somebody tried to fit a "standard" mouthpiece into the receiver, and when it wouldn't go in "far enough" gave it the old heave-to!
