Good to hear from you. Glad it's not worse. Please do go get checked out. I'm just coming through a concussion incident myself from early last week; head injuries can take a while to manifest.

Pretty wild stuff. Sure good Wade got through it with as little damage as he did... And he made the gig....

Safety tip: Get a house less near tornadoes and hurricanes!

Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

Glad to hear you're okay Wade!
About 10(?) years ago, a tornado tore through my college and went directly over the fine arts building (I was inside). It flipped a pickup truck over an adjacent 8-story dorm building. Both girls inside didn't make it. I remember being shaken and pretty terrified by that just like you.
Can't believe you made the gig, too. You're a tough dude.

Wade,
I am so glad you and Scottye made it through that OK. Make sure that when the scientists go through to "F" scale it, you make sure you tell them it took your lunch!
It was also good to hear the cats rode it out OK as well.
And you guys gigged it. True professionals.

Hooah indeed. Professional on many levels. We don't get tornados or hurricanes in the Northwest. Just sayin'.

This image:

really shows the fickle oddities of tornadoes. The winds were easily over 100 mph. - probably >150. But the drinking straws are still in their bin like some pimply-faced kid just stocked the condiment bar. Yet a man was lifted to his death in a 3000 pound vehicle.
Glad you and yours made it through, Wade. I grew up around those things; they aren't something to screw around with.

I am fortunate to have a great job that feeds my family well, but music feeds my soul.
