You know, I wonder the same thing. We might be being taken for the biggest laugh of all times by this guy!! If he IS for real....I don't for one second believe the "apology" that changed Joe's mind about him. It was just a snotty, simpering way of being how he was all along, to retain control of the discussion. I don't understand why people stay in discussions with this kid.

As for Tom Cruise, although I find Scientology frightening, what I agree with is that the commentator had NOT done any research or read research papers, and was accepting the cultural belief that drug treatment is the best we can do for people. I agree it is not the best we can do in many instances, although if it's the best people can find, I would certainly not keep them away from it.

Agreed on the apology. However, if he really did buy the tuba Charlie was helping to sell, then Charlie can tell us if he is real. Charlie?

There's one thing that my chiropractor (who I also don't believe in) has that I'd gladly steal. That back massaging bed.
Chiropractic is good medicine . It did more for my degenerative discs ( herniated ) then my over priced neurosurgeon ever did. All my neurosergeon could talk about was me getting my stomach stapled because I was "so fat " ( his words ), ( 380 pounds at the time ) . He said I could never lose enough weight by myself and kept pushing me to have the operation done. I showed him !! I went on the Atkins diet and lost 100 pounds in 8 months. Then I lost another 30 over the following 4 months. I got more relief from going to the chiropractor over 1 year then that QUACK Phd. neurosurgeon di for me in 4 months of me seeing him.

Matt Lauer is still a dunce and Tom Cruise is still an idiot .

What will you do if we let you go home,
And the plasticis all melted,
And so is the chrome?
Who are the brain police?

What will you do when the label comes off,
And the plasticis all melted,
And the chrome is too soft?

What will you do if the people you knew
Were the plastic that melted,
And the chromium too?
Who are the brain police?

I'm wondering whether the tuba itself was "real". I offered to immediately wire the money in full - sight unseen: no pics/no trial - and was refused.

As to "Scientology" vs. "Psychiatry"...I put 10,000% more stock in "Chiropractic" than either of those "disciplines".
Finally we agree on something!!

Isn't Scientology just a religion for leftists who don't want to say that they're athiests?

I'd like to see Howard Stern interview Tom Cruise. Tubas4Sissies wouldn't be worth listening to if he was interviewed by J.D. Salinger.

They have provoked Me to jealousy by what is not God;
They have moved Me to anger by their foolish idols.
But I will provoke them to jealousy by those who are not a nation;
I will move them to anger by a foolish nation.

Would someone send me a private message and let me know what you all are talking about? :oops:

WOW! Something I agree with YOU on!! Where'd you get all that info on bioidentical hormones and t3/t4 levels? I thought my doctor was the only one on the planet who had this info.
www.johndommissemd.com

It's not just women who need the bioidentical hormones, either; men who are starting to "fade" do really well on bioidentical testosterone.

MA, who as a general rule avoids doctors like the plague because most of them just make her worse, but this one is a genius

No lie, no exaggeration whatsoever:

I would pay $1000 to see that.

I probably would pay a couple zeros less than that....but I get the feeling that Bloke bites his tongue (er, fingers...) a lot on Tubenet. Holds it in, ya know?
MA, who also holds it in, most of the time. Don't waste my time on little pipsqueaks that aren't worth it, especially if they call me an *** in print (you know, Starts with T and ends in S?)
