No. She is currently being restored at the United States Air Force Museum in Dayton Ohio. If you go on a Friday you can sign up for a behind the scenes tour and get a good look at her.

I graduated from Arkansas Tech University today with a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree. I will be starting graduate school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in the fall. Looking forward to it!

I wish you well. There are several old "Wonderboys" on this forum. I'm glad to see they are still crankin' out low brass players.

I just completed the final Monday on what is most likely my final year teaching in the public schools. I found out last week that I have been granted permission to start my MM with the summer session rather than waiting until the fall semester so I'm very excited & nervous about that.

If you were in considerably closer proximity to me, I'd try to get you to invite me over. I like Snapple, especially Peach.

Congratulations.

I'd always wondered how much a "year's supply of..." actually was. Now I know...

It may be time to build an ark. Maybe the Elephant, Bloke and anyone else being inundated with rain should become ark builders. :|

UPDATE:

I am, yet again, spending more time engraving and formatting the score than I spent actually writing the piece. Fun, fun, fun in the sun... :x

Just finished 6 ceremonies and a parade over the past 2 days----in 22 oz. wool uniforms, temperature in the 90's both days. And you know what? It was all worth it; Memorial Day is a wonderful holiday for getting to what is important. I'd recommend everyone make sure to play at least one ceremony each year, if only to understand what we have and whom we need to thank for it all.

I've got a Lemon Tea with your name on it in my fridge. You just have to get to it before I do. :)

Offered the invocation at the Memorial Day Observance at Rosebud Cemetery. Temp was 44 degrees with a stiff wind out of the north, driving a cold drizzle. But to be honored to have participated with my friends in Absarokee and honor those who have served their country, it was well worth it. :)
