People don't agree with me, and they're mean. Lock the thread before I start the debate! My thread can beat up your thread!!!

What happened in 2007 that was so important?

I wish I'd learned to use the internet way back then. Then I might have already known.

It was such a long time ago that it only lives in the memories of those who were there to see it. Generations pass and the tale is told and re-told. By the time our great-grandchildren hear it, who knows how different it will be from the facts? There are two distinctly different memories: the happening and the emotional.

*sigh*... It really is more than just a knock-knock joke, you know.

In the beginning, a great turtle descended from the sky. Upon the turtle's back was a sousaphone...

I have a feeling this is going to be another loooong thread sort of like the 'update' one.

I for one am so thankful for tubenet. It helps to fill the void as I sit here at my computer day after day waiting for some client, mortgage broker, auto dealership or home office clerk to return an eamail or fax so I can finally do something productive.
I am fortunate to have a great job that feeds my family well, but music feeds my soul.

Don't think I'm quite an "American hater". I've even spoken nicely to Bloke!

More importantly, remember when I was good?

Me neither.

I wouldn't go spreading that around. It'll cast doubts on Bloke and people will call you a liar.
To improve his reputation, bloke needs to leave Tennessee, come to Texas and fight at the Alamo. (It has worked for others.)

That link goes nowhere. It takes you to YouTube, but to something that makes no sense in this context. Maybe you could link to it directly instead of through this desktop thing? I do not think we are seeing what you are seeing here...

I visited a new 'Fresh Market' store on Sunday. They had a display of 'Whoopie Pies'. They looked pretty good. But... I resisted.

I have tried these pies. If you do not have diabetes already, you can just about be certain that you will have it after you eat these...
