ebay Willson-Marzan BBb?

I had a local HS tuba player ask me about this ebay offering. I'm not familiar with this particular "flavor" of BBb. I'm also curious whether they can actually ship it for $155. (Or is it $155 plus the cost of the trip over the ocean -- parenthetical expression seems odd ...)
