I have the following Doug Elliott parts for sale:
XT-102 rim (silver)
LT-102 rim (lexan)
H8 shank
Faxx 5G cup + large shank threaded to mate with DE rims
The DE 102 rims I think are the best size I've seen in the range bigger than a 5G but still a hair smaller than a 4G.
I also have two silver European shank pieces available:
