Try Ken Stanton, on Rt. 41 in Marietta. Their sheet music slection is pretty good. Don't know about CD's.

There is a Tower Records in Buckhead that has a good selection of CDs. Sheet music proved difficult to find.

Sadly, there really is not much down here.
For sheet music try:

JW Pepper- they have a wharehouse location here where you can browse the shelves. It's out I20 off Thornton Road

Carere Music- they have some tuba stuff (I think) but lots of Jamie Abersold stuff and some other brass music. Winters Chapel road off Peachtree industrial

Opus winds in Dectaur, the owner has come out to the Army tuba confrences in Atlanta and had some very nice stuff, but I'm not sure what he stocks on a regular basis

Your best bet is to order stuff online through Robert King or Sheet music service of Portland.

For CDs the Tower that jtuba recommended is very good, but doesn't have tons of tuba stuff. The Symphony Store in Woodruff Arts Center has a nice selection of mostly ASO cd's, but there are some other Telarc discs. I would (once again) just order stuff from Tap or amazon.

Good luck,
let me know if you find some good stuff or what to get together and play some duets.

My wife (violin) and I went out to JW Pepper when I first got to Atlanta based on their reputation. They don't have much of anything outside of high school band and orchestra music.
