New Tuba Concerto CD by Peter Whish-Wilson

I have just come across this CD by chance while browsing in a local classical music shop.

I am very impressed! An excellent compilation of works, all of which I enjoyed (I am not a lover of atonal music!), while Mr. Whish-Wilson's dexterity and clearness of tone are a joy to listen. I have never heard the last movement of the Vaughan-Williams played livelier, which is also a complement to the strings of Adelaide Symphony Orchestra.

So, if you see this CD, I would recommend you give it a listen.

For a non-tubist's opinion, here is a review I came across on the web - http://members.ozemail.com.au/~ozartsreview/CDs/tuba.html
