Rite of Spring LPO w/ Bernard Haitink

I was just wondering if anyone knew who the tuba player(s) were on the recording of "The Rite of Spring" by the London Philharmonic with Bernard Haitink circa 1973? I assume one of them was John Fletcher, but I know that there are two tuba parts, (at least, I think there are.) It's part of a three LP box set of Stravinsky's three major ballets.
