Here's the question.
The version of the Stevens Olden Style with strings, what instrumentation does it call for? 4-tet, 5-tet, or does it require some sort of chamber group?

Well the score calls for String Orchestra, so I would assume that it would call for 2 violins, viola, cello, and bass...
