Didn't CA already test this device 16 years ago using our future governor as a guinea-pig?

Of course, I'm sure that guinea-pig of a governator was well paid for the trial.

I have been x-rayed, frisked (with clothes), and ordered to strip down to my underwear in my many international travels. I prefer the x-raying. Here, in Vietnam, when you get off the plane and go through customs with your luggage, they x-ray everything--explain what the tuba is and everyone is happy and no muss or fuss.
