Which tubas are actually still produced in the US? Are any horns still built from all domestic parts?

I think King and Conn and Holtons at least the Harvey Philips model are made in the US, unless like everything else these days they are outsourcing them as well. Don't know for sure but that would be my guess. I think the Bach tubas are Yamaha stencils as well as some of the Holtons (at least they used to be a few years back.) Kanstul makes horns in California I believe.
