Looking for composer info -- Villem Kapp

Hi all,

I recently ran across a broadcast of Villem Kapp's second symphony. I thought it was interesting, so I decided to look for more information about this Estonian composer, but I found almost nothing! I know a little about his family (Joseep and Artur were also noted musicians, the latter the most recognized composer of the group) and a little about the recording I heard (recorded a few years ago by the BBC), but precious little else. I'd be interested to hear more about him, if anyone has any information to add.
