It's no BAT, of course, but that doesn't mean it's unworthy. I do believe these are made in China, but that also doesn't mean it's unworthy, especially at this price.
It's a solid 4/4 tuba, about the size of a Conn 52J, according to the look and the reported 18" bell and 36" height.

Hi you all
The M&M Tubas and other brass instruments were at the Florida Music Conferance in Tampa FL in January
There was 44 different Tubas , Trombones and Euphoniums
The BBb Bat was not there it has just arrived
The U of M in Miami has M&M Tubas and many other schools
You get a lot of Tuba for not a lot of money
