Snare Drum
I have a co-worker that is on the board of a charter school. They are interested in starting a music program. They are looking to buy a snare drum (or 2) and they have a budget of $200.00. Any of you guys or gals know anything about them? Brands to look for and to avoid? I would be greatful for any help I can get.
