Tuba In Chicago Illinois?

Post by Gongadin »

Travelling to Chicago tomorrow by way of Michigan. Stopping in Michigan to see the Travelers Club International Restaurant Tuba Museum! Are there any "Tuba Must-Sees" in Chicago?
How about any other sort of "Must-Sees"? We plan on going to SOFA.

If the Brasswind in South Bend, Indiana is not already on your list, it might be fun to take along a couple of mouthpieces and stop there for a toot.

I was just at the "Traveler's" a couple of weeks ago. Great food, great folks, and an amazing array if instruments. Try the "Dirty Bas****" Ale -- quite nice!

Visitors are always welcome to stop by my shop in Fort Wayne. That's not too far off your route.
