Sounds like a problem with FF not allowing cookies. This is how TubNet -- or any site for that matter remembers you.

Have you got chisham.com checked as a Scripts Allowed Site on the Firefox bottom toolbar? I've all but given up on Internet Explorer (bar some sites I need to access with security) - Firefox does the rest and usually more - I've no probs with logging in on Tubenet
