Guided Practice - Six Studies in English Folksong

Post by ufoneum »

TubeNet,

I made a promise to develop a series of guided practice sessions, which will be featured in an upcoming series of articles in the ITEA journal. I have completed the first of these, and would like to offer them free to the public as well. Please feel free to use these for whatever you like.

While these take time to create, it is my plan to offer them for all of the solos on the Stepping Stones series of recordings.

All the best,

I think this is a great idea and is a perfect addition to your offerings with the "Stepping Stones" recordings.

Thanks!

Let me add a Job Well Done.

Clear, clean, factual information is always a welcome addition to the world of music.

You have done an extensive study and have some great points to make. Your explanations should make it easy to transfer the methods used to deconstruct and evaluate the musical elements to a new piece of music.

That, is how we move from Tuba and Euphonium players, to musicians.

Thanks!
