Nationalistic Trends in Tuba Concertos - Georgia Recital

I will be performing my final DMA recital on Tuesday, April 22nd at 3:30pm in Ramsey Hall at the University of Georgia.

It will be a lecture recital discussing the nationalistic trends found in the following tuba concertos:

Ralph Vaughan Williams - mvt. I

Eugene Bozza - mvt. II, III

Alexander Arutunian - mvt. II

Trygve Madsen - mvt. I, II

Greg Danner - mvt. I

It's actually really interesting to compare all the different styles of concertos we have available to us - if you haven't played the Madsen or Danner - check them out - I discovered them for this recital and I love them!
