This tuba was discussed a while back on Tubenet, but i cant remember the maker's name. Anyone out there with a clue?

No, but I saw Wilhelm of Mnozil Brass and his new prototype Melton recently. The valves were aligned similarly, as in radically different than the average rotary valve look. Hopefully it's a better flowing system that we'll see more of.
