Why do you only go half way on your excellent work?
Bordogni Vocalises should be prepared with piano accompaniment. That's how Rochut used them. It's called LECTURE and is one of the two auditions, "classes,"and "concours" required at the Paris Conservatory.
Also, from the versions I see on your website, the original phrase and breathing markings found in the original scores are missing.
Also, redoing ROCHUT (which seems to be what you've done) is not what a proper understanding of BORDOGNI.
One sad result of this sort of half-way work is to be found in the SMARTMUSIC accompaniments. I'm sure we can thank Joe Alessi for their inclusion. The problem is that he should have asked for Books I and III to have the main part of ROCHUT I.
Another potential error is the ROCHUT II and ROCHUT III are out of order. II is MUCH harder than III;-)

Besides, I am sure that the reason the etudes are published as is follows:
-They are easily affordable
-Easily portable
-Easier to print on a larger scale
-Who practices with pianists?
-The piano parts are accessible anyhow
