I Want to begin playing solos for competitions to begin getting my name out there.
I am doing various ensembles this year and solos and auditions and all that jazz.
Any and all suggestions will be considered and looked at.

Check out the MTNA competition in your state. Great experience and nice awards for folks who make it to the national level.
