Does anyone know of some good Brass Quintet arrangements of these tunes?

White Christmas
Winter Wonderland
We need a little Christmas
Silver Bells

or any others that are not as well-known?

The Canadian Brass has a good arr. of Silver Bells. They also have the green book with a good assortment of tunes and a brown book of easier arr. These can be good if you need "filler material" for a long gig. Lennie Niehaus has 3 Christmas Suites that have good tunes. Sammy Nestico has 3 books of Christmas tunes for Brass Choir (I think these have some parts doubled but if you get all of the parts (six I think) they work wel for brass quintet. All of these are good fun,
Phil
