Aha! I think I know now why my recent query via Tubenet email regarding a Euro-shanked Sellmansberger Symphony with #2 rim has gone unanswered.

Has this issue been resolved? I believe I am experiencing the same problem, as I am not receiving a response to an email I sent.

Yeah, I do not believe you can respond to those email notifications. I believe you have to respond back through the TubeNet private message function.
