First, you've got to get every single stinkin' bit of Brasso out of the horn. Use warm (not hot water) and dishwashing (not dishwasher) detergent, a good supply of soft rags, and a trombone snake. Wet everything down with the water and detergent solution, pull the rags through every bit of tubing on your horn, including the tuniing slides (put a swatch of it on the end of the snake if you need to). Snake the leadpipe out, wash the ports on the pistons. In short, get everywhere that the stuff might accumulate. Then rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.
Be sure that you get the valve guide grooves clean (use a wooden toothpick to get into the corners). There's Brasso somewhere that's slowing things up.
OTOH, if your local shop offers ultrasonic cleaning, you might suggest that it'd be good for customer relations if they treated you and your horn to a good cleaning...
