When you wish upon a star - arr. Makoto Kanai

I am trying to locate the print music Makoto Kanai arrangement for solo euphonium/piano of "When you wish upon a star," recorded by Shoichiro Hokazono (Fantastic Euphonium) and Steven Mead (World of the Euphonium, Vol. 3).

So far no luck with the usual sources and nothing yet with Google.

Anyone have any leads?
