Planning to attend again this year, but have never stayed over. If you have used the special rates at the Arlington Days Inn, can you tell me how early one should book a room to get a room at the conference rate?
Also - would I be better off with the conference rate, or the AARP rate?

I attended two years ago and at that time I got a better rate through the Days Inn website than the special conference rate, but I don't remember how much either rate was. But I do remember it was cold - even in the room, since the bathroom window would not close all the way. I ended up buying some duct tape and sealing up the window gap. I was not highly impressed with the accomodations.
But the conference was excellent and made it all worthwhile.
