I am 85% sure that this was made by Conn. I have access to the New Langwill Index at my office, so I can verify it tomorrow.

When trying to find out who made what stencil, I look at the valve caps, finger buttons, braces, large ferrules and overall layout of the horn.

Again, at first blush it has Conn written all over it, but I cannot verify that.

Gotta be a Conn. Seen this same model with the same ferules as a Carl Fisher too.
