Suspicious ad

Hi-
A sponsor of this site has a very suspicious ad on ebay --it says JinBao instruments, has a piston CC tuba pictured, and says BUY IT NOW for $300, 10 available. I hope some kid does not bid $300 thinking he bought a tuba--that would be terrible. Here is the ad:

I hope the sponsor will think twice and pull this ad!

It's likely a typo.

I would buy one for $300.00!

Read the fine print... "Picture in add is just a picture not a sale item" .... not exactly a typo as I earlier thought.

I just asked them the same question and am awaiting an answer. The description says the picture is just an 'example' and not the instrument for sale.

If that is the intended listing, at the very least, it's the kind of statement which leads to a misunderstanding. Misunderstandings in business transactions are bad.

The add did just what it was ment to do get every one talking that we will not be under sold by any one and we have Tubas in stock for 1 day shipping

Since you cant put a picture of a hot lady in the add a hot tuba was my next choice
